Due to the current COVID-19 Restrictions this is a closed event, taking place on public roads. You are free to run, walk and move along the route in support however you must not form groups larger than the current law allows.

The Route
The loop is just over 6km long, starting and ending at Ben's house on Vicarage Lane. The route maps are available here: Garmin or Strava
The route is on open roads. There is no signage or markings to denote the route, however it is simple to follow.
Ben will run anti-clockwise from 0700 - 1300, then from 1300 - 1900 he will run clockwise.
Timings
Ben will start running at 0700 on the morning of the 30th January and the run will end at 1900 that day. The plan is to run anti-clockwise loops of the course for 6 hours, then clockwise loops of the course for 6 hours ..... don't want to it get too predictable!
Anyone who has been in contact with Ben directly about running as a legally allowed, exercising 'plus 1', should meet at The Old Vicarage on Vicarage Lane. There will be a gazebo in the driveway so you can wait in relative shelter, should the weather be inclement.
